Mark Wayland was the new lecherous, heterosexual, white male for season 2. He moved in with Shane and Jenny when they needed money to help cover the rent. He is an amateur filmmaker and places cameras throughout the house to tape his roommates having sex. Mark then disappeared between seasons without any reason or any sort of explanation, though we can make assumptions based on his final scenes. At least with Marina and Tim, their departures were either discussed by the other characters or actually shown.
